Whitening Competition Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern entry into the teeth whitening competition.

This competition is not available to employees, contractors, or relatives of TOPGUM Pty Ltd
The winner will be drawn on February 15th, 2007 and notified by phone.
The discounted offer is only available to treatments booked before April 30th, 2007, and treatment to take place before June 30, 2007.
The maximum discount is to a maximum value of $1,000 (not valid in conjunction with any other offers)
